AV1-RC COMPLETE REBREATHER CONTROLLER

THE AV1-RC e-CCR CONTROLLER goes beyond basic monitoring - it offer a complete control solutions over your rebreather system. The AV1-RC with digital signal converter is the primary rebreather controller. For back-up monitoring and dive management pair it with the total independent intelligent i-HUD, or the AV1RM. This system is compatible with all rebreather brands up to 3 Oxygen cells, delivering professional-grade control and reliability for the most demanding CCR dives. Monitor all oxygen cells simultaneously with instant feedback on PPO2 levels. Color-coded warnings alert you to deviations before they become critical, giving you precious extra seconds to respond. The AV1-RC can have a variable pin connector or standard Fischer connector works out of the box for the with most e-CCR brands. We can also provide a very small digital signal converter if need, for a stable and reliable information coming from your Oxygen cells to the controller.

Full e-CCR Control AV-RC can actively control your rebreather. 3-setpoint control, cell validation, O2 valve control scrubber temperature control with our scrubber temp-stick. There is a two controller options:

AV1-RC rebreather controller with one internal USB researchable LiPo battery. Needs additional power supply from the rebreather.
AV1-RCD stand-alone controller with dual power: the main LiPo battery + inbuild additional container for a interchangeable 18650 battery.

i-HUD THE INTELIGENT BACK-UP

i-HUD MONITRING AN BACKUP is our latest and most advanced heads-up display, completely redesigned in a new housing. The electronics have been fully rebuilt with significantly more reliable and convenient wet contact controls. The entire unit is fully compound-filled, completely eliminating any possibility of water ingress. The i-HUD features 16 LEDs in 4 distinct colors. The combination of colors and indicators provides complete real-time information on all PPO2 safety levels for each individual oxygen cell and overall system status at a glance, without looking away from your dive. INDEPENDENT BACKUP WHEN IT MATTERS MOST In case of primary controller failure, the independent i-HUD gives you all the information you need about the quality of the gas you are breathing in your rebreather. You can immediately take manual control of oxygen or diluent addition to maintain safe PPO2 levels.

Combined with your mandatory backup computer in bailout mode for decompression tracking, i-HUD gives you everything you need to safely complete your dive even in a critical situation. Because in rebreather diving, redundancy is not optional.

AV1-RCD INDEPENDED CONTROL

AV1-RCD dual power controller. It's the same proven controller as AV1-RC, with one important addition: a built-in container that accommodates one additional 18650 battery. This allows the controller to operate completely independently from any external power supply from the rebreather.

The standard rechargeable battery in the main body provides backup power, giving you two independent power sources in a single unit.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The AV1-RCD provides less total working time compared to our complete system, which uses one standard battery in the computer body plus two external battery containers built into the rebreather head. The AV1-RCD is our optional standalone model, available on request.
